They required a digital presence that clearly communicated their engineering, construction, property development, and project-management expertise. They cater to sectors such as commercial, retail, and residential and provide services including project management, surveys, inspections, structural design, refurbishment, and conversions.
Given this context, our task was to deliver a website that aligned with their corporate identity, showcased their service range, highlighted their infrastructure/housing-society capabilities, and provided a user-friendly, modern digital interface.
Objectives
- Create a strong first-impression homepage that positions VPPB as a credible, full-service real estate & construction firm.
- Develop a structured site architecture: services, sectors, about us, team, projects/portfolio, contact.
- Ensure a mobile-responsive design, given that many users access via phones.
- Present VPPB’s differentiators: local + national reach, engineering & technical capabilities, comprehensive service lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning.
- Incorporate strong visual branding (quality photography of projects, infrastructure scenes, construction, and real estate) to support credibility.
- Provide an easy-to-manage CMS so the client can update project listings, staff/team info, or news.
- Ensure performance & SEO readiness: fast load times, metadata, structured headings, accessibility of contact/lead-capture.

- Discovery & Strategy – Engaged with VPPB stakeholders to understand their brand, target sectors (residential, commercial, retail), and key messages (engineering excellence, client partnership).
- Design Crafted UI/UX mockups: hero banner on homepage with flagship image of a housing or high-rise project; service sections with icons/visuals; team page; project gallery with sorting by sector. Colour palette and typography were chosen to convey professionalism, stability, and construction/engineering orientation.
- Development – Built on a CMS (e.g., WordPress or custom), enabling VPPB to add or update project pages, list services, and upload images easily. Included project gallery, service listings, and team bios. Ensured full responsiveness (desktop/tablet/mobile).
- Content Integration – Populated site with VPPB’s content: services list (project management, structural design, refurbishment), sector list (commercial, retail, residential) as pulled from their website.
- Performance & SEO – Images optimised, appropriate meta tags and alt-text applied, semantic markup used for service/sector lists. The contact page includes a lead form to capture enquiries.
- Launch & Training – Deployed the live site for VPPB, provided training to their team on how to update the CMS (projects, staff, news). Provided post-launch support for 30 days for bug fixes and performance monitoring.
